Thong Sala Stadium is Koh Phangan's oldest stadium and is an institution on the island. Although its facilities might feel a little tired, it has an intense atmosphere and a reputation for holding some the best fights on the island. When you come to a fight night there, you feel like you have witnessing authentic grassroots Muay Thai. ​

The venue is run by Gai and her husband, who have a huge amount of experience and a wide network of contacts from which to source fighters from.

Located near Thong Sala pier, opposite the naval ship, Thong Sala Stadium runs 3-4 fight nights per month depending on the season.

Featuring fighters with a wide variety of experience from the islands and the mainland, each fight night has 6 fights of 5 rounds each. Start time is between 9pm and 9:30pm.
