What happens during the Muay Thai Class?

The class includes:

Warm-up and skipping
Stretching
Basic Muay Thai techniques
Partner drills
Light, controlled sparring games
Heavy bag workouts

The atmosphere is energetic, social, and beginner-friendly. When attending the class, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in. The class lasts approximately 1 hour.

During the evening, you'll watch a series of live Muay Thai bouts featuring local, national, and international fighters competing under traditional Muay Thai rules. Tip: Arrive early to soak up the atmosphere, grab a good seat, and watch the fighters warm up before the action begins. Doors open 8pm. First fight starts 9–9:30pm.

I’m a beginner. Do I need any Muay Thai experience for the class?

Not at all. The challenge is designed for complete beginners as well as people who have trained before. Our trainers will guide you through everything step by step, and the focus is on having fun, getting active, sweating out the party, and experiencing Muay Thai in a safe, friendly environment.

Do I need to be fit for the class?

Not at all. The challenge is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. You'll be able to take part at your own pace. Our trainers will guide you through the session, and the focus is on having fun, getting active, and experiencing Muay Thai — not on being the fittest person in the class. If you need a break, you can simply slow down, grab a complimentary drink, and jump back in when you're ready.

Are the Muay Thai classes safe?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All activities during the class are supervised by experienced Muay Thai trainers, and any contact is light, controlled, and suitable for beginners. The challenge is designed to be fun and safe, not competitive.

What class times are available?

Classes are 1 hour. Depending on availability, classes are typically scheduled at:

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Can I book the challenge for my friends, family or groups?

Yes. You can purchase multiple packages during booking, subject to availability.

Are class places limited?

Yes. Challenge classes have limited capacity to ensure a great experience for everyone. We recommend booking early, especially during busy Full Moon periods.

Can I choose my challenge date and time?

Yes. During booking you will select your challenge location and available challenge date. After purchase, you'll receive instructions for confirming your preferred class time, subject to availability.

What if I miss my class? Is it refundable?

Unfortunately, no. Because class sizes are limited, missed sessions are non-refundable. If you have a problem with your booking, please contact our support team in advance as early as possible.

Is there an age limit?

No. However, we kindly ask that children below the age of 16 are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact us if you're booking for younger participants.
