Yes. Our service is for everyone. Even kids or older guests. Every session is completely personalized to the guest's ability, goals, and comfort level.
No. Trainers arrive fully equipped with pads, gloves, hand wraps... All necessary gear. All you need to do is wear comfortable sportswear.
Absolutely. We sell gloves, shin guards, hand wraps, mouth guards, shorts and t-shirts. Just choose what you want to buy on the booking form and the trainer will bring them with him to the session.
The standard session length is 60 minutes. However, you can also book 90-minute or 120-minute sessions if you want.
The trainer arrives 15 minutes beforehand to set-up. A typical session goes through the following steps: warm-up, stretching, hand wraps and gloves on, techniques and drills, padwork, light sparring (optional), cool-down and stretching.
Not a problem. We all started somewhere and our sessions have been specifically designed to cater for all levels, especially beginners.
For intermediate and advanced level guests, our trainers will increase the intensity of the session. You can also discuss any areas of training you would like to concentrate on and they will adjust the session to suit your requirements.
No. We understand that even gentle sparring can look intimidating if you have never done it before. You only spar if you want to.
We require 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. Our customer service team manages rescheduling and communication directly with you.
If you fail to attend a pre-agreed session without prior arrangement with us, the session will be considered used and non-transferable, and no refund will be issued.
