1. About Our Services

Muaythaisland.com is an online platform that provides marketing and booking services for Muay Thai gyms, fight event organizers and everything related to Muay Thai in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Depending on the type of service booked, Muaythaisland.com may act either as:

(a) a booking intermediary, or
(b) the service provider.

Intermediary Services

For the following services, we act only as a booking intermediary between customers and third-party providers:

• gym training packages operated by third-party gyms
• fight event tickets, operated by third-party event organizers

For these services:

• The contract is between the customer and the third-party provider.
• Muaythaisland.com facilitates bookings and may issue tickets/vouchers on behalf of the provider as their non-exclusive ticket/training voucher sales agent.
• Muaythaisland.com has no general authority to bind third-party providers beyond issuing booking confirmations, tickets or vouchers and facilitating payment processing as disclosed on the platform.
• Muaythaisland.com may market events and training packages, facilitate ticket/voucher orders, and provide technological, promotional, and customer interface services to enable customers to purchase tickets/vouchers for the third-party providers' services.
• Muaythaisland.com may be expressly authorized by third-party providers to market their events/services, issue booking confirmations, tickets or vouchers in the provider's name, provide technological, promotional, and customer interface services to enable customers to purchase tickets/vouchers for the third-party providers' services and to receive, hold and transfer customer payments solely as a disclosed limited payment collection representative for platform transactions.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or making a booking, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Key conditions include:

• Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
• Payment requirements (deposit or full payment) will be displayed during checkout.
• Muaythaisland.com does not operate a payment system and does not provide electronic payment services. Payments from customers are processed through licensed third-party payment service providers integrated with the Company's platform. Payment processing agreements are between the customer and the licensed payment service provider, and Muaythaisland.com does not itself provide regulated payment services.
• Muaythaisland.com may collect payments as an agent on behalf of partner providers and transfer part of the funds to partner providers after receiving them from a licensed third-party payment service provider. Where Muaythaisland.com receives funds before onward transfer, such receipt is performed solely for settlement purposes and is subject to applicable Thai financial regulations. Muaythaisland.com may modify payment flows, settlement timing or merchant-of-record arrangements to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Muaythaisland.com may conduct marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for the third-party providers' services through online and offline channels and may charge platform or service fees in connection with the use of the platform directly to customers.
• For third-party services, the third-party service provider is the seller and responsible for issuing receipts or tax invoices (if applicable) for the ticket/voucher face value. Muaythaisland.com issues receipts or tax invoices (if applicable) only for platform or service fees charged by the Company.
• The identity of the service provider and seller of each service will be clearly displayed during checkout and on booking confirmation documents. The price breakdown between the service provider and Muaythaisland.com will be clearly displayed during checkout and on booking confirmation documents.
• Muaythaisland.com may restructure payment flows, settlement timing or merchant-of-record arrangements at any time to comply with regulatory, tax or contractual requirements.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in booking delays, cancellation, or inability to participate in the service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider. Important conditions:

• The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed during the booking process in the FAQ section of specific product.
• Some services may be non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe according to the provider's policy.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session or event without prior agreement to reschedule from the partner provider or Muaythaisland.com will be treated as a no-show, and the service will be considered used and non-transferable.
• Partner providers or Muaythaisland.com may cancel or reschedule services due to operational or safety reasons. In such cases, the provider will determine whether a refund, credit, or rescheduling is offered.
• Event programs, fight matchups and bout line-ups are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a basis for refund unless required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

Many services listed on this website are provided by independent third-party businesses, including:

• Muay Thai gyms
• Event and fight organizers

Muaythaisland.com does not control or operate these businesses. Therefore we are not responsible for:

• service quality
• staff conduct
• training conditions
• facility standards
• schedule changes
• event cancellations

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving issues with partner providers where possible.

6. Health, Safety and Participation Risks

Muay Thai training and related activities involve physical exertion and risk of injury. By booking training or activities through our website, you acknowledge that:

• You participate at your own risk
• You are medically fit to take part
• You accept the inherent risks of combat sports and physical training

Muaythaisland.com is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or health complications that occur during activities provided by partner gyms or event organizers.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance before engaging in training activities.

7. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. However, details provided by partner gyms and event organizers may change. Muaythaisland.com does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of third-party information, including:

• schedules
• facilities
• prices
• event details

These may change without notice.

8. Website Availability

Muaythaisland.com does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or error. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by:

• maintenance
• technical problems
• internet outages
• factors beyond our reasonable control

9. Intellectual Property

Muaythaisland.com is not responsible for admission refusal, seating allocation, event safety or fight match decisions.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking made through our website.

11. Force Majeure

Muaythaisland.com shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters
• severe weather
• government restrictions
• strikes
• transportation disruptions

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from use of the website or bookings made through the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
