About The Gym

Jomhod Muay Thai is run by a famous family with generations of Muay Thai fighters and trainers. The gym is based around a former arena, with two rings, a medium-sized matted training area, several heavy bags and onsite café. Their team of trainers is led by Kru Jomhod, a charismatic former high-level fighter who brings a wealth of fight experience to every session. Located down a side street in Ban Tai, the gym has that feel of a backstreet gym surrounded by palm tree groves. They offer Muay Thai group classes every morning and afternoon, and private sessions with the trainers.
