About The Gym

Started by a marketing entrepreneur, Ninja Camp is a small gym providing Muay Thai training to long-term residents and digital nomads. Focused on building a community space for students to meet and interact, experience the island life on Koh Phangan and get fit at the same time. They welcome students of all levels and offer joint membership to Wild Wood beach front gym with sauna & ice bath. Located in Ban Tai, the gym has a small matted training area and a few heavy bags. As well as their running morning and afternoon group classes, they also offer private sessions with their trainer.
