The gym holds group classes twice a day for all ages and levels. You can also book private sessions with any of their trainers. They cater for all levels, from beginners to amateur fighters. The gym also hosts fight nights once a month. Located in Thong Sala, it is a medium-sized, open-air facility with a ring, a large mat-covered training area, a wide variety of kick-bags, a stretching and shadowboxing section with full length mirrors, weights area and ice bath. They have a shop selling Muay Thai equipment and merchandise, and also onsite accommodation.
